Delete your account

You can permanently delete your LUMORA account and its data.

In the app

Open the app, go to Profile, tap Delete account and enter your PIN.

Without the app

Log in on lumora.victoryvaults.vip, open the support chat and write "Delete my account". Our team deletes it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account (phone number, PIN, name, email, photo), your chat history, and your posts, comments and likes. Nothing is kept afterwards.
